The Power Grinder grain mill motor is a single phase, reversible, 400 Watt or 700 Watt AC motor which is compatible with either 110 Volt current or 220 Volt current at either 50 HZ or 60 HZ.
Weighing in at 28 pounds for the 400 Watt 1/2 HP model, and 46 pounds for the 700 Watt 1 HP model, the Power Grinder grain mill motor – offered exclusively by All American Ale Works – is a BEAST!
The Power Grinder motor and gear reduction housings are constructed of molded cast aluminum, and are a single combined unit, completely enclosed to eliminate the possibility of dust and moisture intrusion.
Designed and manufactured specifically for the grain mill application, the power Grinder grain Mill motor – available exclusively from All American Ale Works – features a six wire coil wrap, which generates excessive torque, while providing for compatibility with either 110 Volt current or 220 Volt current.
With a heavy duty start capacitor, and a heavy duty run capacitor, the Power Grinder grain mill motor has more than enough torque for any grain mill application.
The grain mill motor package includes the Power Grinder grain mill motor, and the following Lovejoy components:
- a Lovejoy 22mm L075 sintered iron jaw type shaft coupler for the motor shaft
- a Lovejoy L075 rubber buna spider, which provides cushioning between the two shaft couplers, preventing metal to metal contact
- a Lovejoy L075 sintered iron jaw type shaft coupler for your mill shaft.
When ordering, you will be prompted to select the appropriate coupler bore size for your mill shaft, usually 1/2″, 3/8″, 3/4″ or 10mm.
As an official Lovejoy distributor, All American Ale Works can special order any shaft coupler components necessary to connect your grain mill to the Power Grinder grain mill motor.
